Cancellation Policy

1. No subscription — nothing to cancel
TradeDNA does not operate on a recurring subscription model. Every payment is a one-time order for a fixed access period (30 days or 365 days). There is no standing mandate, no autopay, and no automatic renewal. You will never be charged without explicitly initiating a new payment yourself.
Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to “cancel” in the traditional subscription sense. You simply choose whether or not to make a new payment at the end of each cycle.
2. Trial period
New users receive a 7-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial:
- Your account moves to read-only automatically.
- No charge is made. No action is required on your part to “cancel.”
- All your trade data is preserved.
3. Paid access period
When you pay for a cycle, your access is active for the full duration:
- Monthly cycle: 30 days from the date of payment.
- Yearly cycle: 365 days from the date of payment.
At the end of the paid period your account returns to read-only automatically. You are not charged again. To continue logging trades and using AI features, you initiate a new payment at any time.
4. Early stopping / not renewing
If you decide to stop using TradeDNA mid-cycle, no action is required. Simply do not make a new payment when your current cycle ends. Your access will end naturally on the last day of the period you paid for.

5. Account deletion
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Account deletion:
- Immediately suspends all access.
- Starts a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days to recover your data.
- After 30 days, all personal data is permanently purged from our live systems. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable Indian financial regulations.
